A few years ago, I had a problem.
Not a money problem.
Not a skill problem.
An idea problem.
I had too many ideas.
Every week, I’d get excited about something new.
A guide.
A template.
A small course.
I’d tell myself,
“This is the one.”
Then a few days later…
another idea showed up.
And the first one?
Still unfinished.
Sound familiar?
At first, I thought I needed discipline.
Then I thought I needed motivation.
Then I thought I needed more learning.
But that wasn’t it.
What I really needed was clarity.
One evening, I sat down and asked myself a simple question:
“If I had to build just ONE thing, what would it be?”
Not the best thing.
Not the perfect thing.
Just one clear thing.
That question changed everything.
I stopped jumping between ideas.
I stopped overthinking.
I focused on answering basic questions:
Who is this for?
What problem does it solve?
What does the first version look like?
No big plans.
No pressure.
Just small, clear steps.
That’s when I realized something important:
Most people don’t fail at digital products.
They never start because they feel lost.
Too many options.
No clear next step.
So I did what helped me the most.
I wrote everything down.
Step by step.
Question by question.
Later, that became a workbook.
Not a fancy one.
Not a complicated one.
Just something that helps you slow down,
pick one idea, and turn it into a real product.
If you’re reading this and thinking,
“Yeah, that’s me,”
you’re not behind.
You just need a clear path.
If you want help with that,
you can check out the workbook here:
No rush.
No pressure.
Just one idea.
One plan.
One step forward.
Take your time.
Go one page at a time.
And keep moving forward.
That’s how things actually get built.
